1. Add the items to your shopping cart that you are interested in purchasing.
2. When viewing your shopping cart click on the checkout link.
3. Enter the information to complete the first step of the checkout process, click continue to shipping options.
4. Your shipping options and costs will be displayed.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Although we often ship the same day we can not guarantee same day shipments, we encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availablility. All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days from the time you order is placed. If there will be a delay beyond 3 days we will contact you to notify you of the delay.

Ground Shipments - The map below represents days in transit from the time your order ships. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.
Next Day Air - Guaranteed to be delivered the day after order is placed by 12:00 noon CT. If order is placed on Friday it will not be delivered until Monday.
2 Day Air - Guaranteed to be delivered 2 days after order is placedby 12:00 noon CT. If order is placed on Thursday it will not be delivered until Monday.
3 Day Select - Guaranteed to be delivered 3 days after order is placedby 12:00 noon CT. If order is placed on Wednesday it will not be delivered until Monday.
The day the order is placed is not considered a shipping day. If an order is placed Monday using 3 day select it will be delivered on Thursday, 2 Day Air would be delivered on Wednesday. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.
UPS Ground Delivery Times
Once your package has shipped UPS will e-mail your tracking number to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. These e-mails are sent between 7- 9 P.M. EST the day your order ships. You may have to wait up to 24 hours for you tracking data to display correctly. With your tracking number you can track your package by going to www.ups.com or calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). For orders being delivered to Canada please visit www.ups.com or call 1-800-782-7892.
